Xavier boys attend a Literature
afternoon at Ivanhoe Girl’s Grammar
On Thursday 30th October a group of year 9 boys from the Xavier Lit Club attended a literature afternoon at Ivanhoe Girl’s Grammar School. The afternoon organised jointly by the participating schools Ivanhoe Girl’s, Marcellin and Xavier College featured well know author and illustrator Tony Palmer and Penguin Books staff speaking on the processes involved in selecting a cover for a novel.
The afternoon included quizzes, prizes and of course food. The highlight of the afternoon was the interaction between Xavier boys and the girls from Ivanhoe.
Have a look at the photos from the afternoon.
